AZYÄ Return & Exchange Policy
General Returns
AZYÄ offers refunds on full-price items (minus a $10 AUD shipping fee). However:
- Sale items are FINAL SALE. This includes any purchases made using a discount code. No refunds, exchanges, or credit notes will be provided.
- Exchanges are not processed. If you wish to exchange an item for a different style, size, or color, please initiate a return and place a new order.
- Third-party purchases: We do not process returns for items purchased via third-party vendors. Please contact the retailer directly.
- Hygiene restrictions: Due to hygiene reasons, headwear cannot be returned and is considered FINAL SALE.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
✔ Be in original condition with all labels, hygiene liners, and swing tags attached.
✔ Not be worn, washed, or altered in any way.
✔ Be free from makeup stains, deodorant marks, or perfume scents.
AZYÄ cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions or if the return request is made more than 14 days after delivery.
How to Return Your Order
- Email us at orders@azyaswim.com within 14 days of delivery with your return request.
- Ship your item via a secure, pre-paid, traceable postage method. AZYÄ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (minus the $10 AUD shipping fee).
Note: All return shipping costs (except for faulty items) are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty Items
We take pride in our quality control. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize. Please email orders@azyaswim.com within 48 hours of delivery with images of the fault.
If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, we will offer a full refund, including shipping costs. Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be processed.
We do not accept returns for:
- Items damaged by misuse (e.g., exposure to chemicals, high heat, sharp objects, or improper washing).
- Items purchased from unauthorised third-party retailers.
- Items used for purposes other than their intended function.
