RETURNS POLICY
AZYÄ offers refunds (less the cost of shipping) and exchanges on full price items. Please note sale items are FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any sale items including items purchased using a discount code.
We do not process returns on items purchased via third-party vendors. Please contact the retailer directly.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on headwear. These items will be treated as FINAL sales.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us to initiate a return via email at orders@azyaswim.com. For all returns the item/s:
- must be in original condition with all labels and tags remaining in place
- have not been worn, washed or altered in any way.
- do not have any make-up and/or deodorant stains, and/or do not smell of perfume.
AZYÄ swim cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements or if the return falls outside of the stated 14 days.
