AZYÄ Return & Exchange Policy

AZYÄ offers refunds (minus shipping costs) and exchanges on full-price items. However, please note:

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE. This includes any items purchased using a discount code. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items.
  • Third-party purchases: We do not process returns for items purchased through third-party vendors. Please contact the retailer directly.
  • Hygiene restrictions: For hygiene reasons, headwear cannot be returned or exchanged and is considered FINAL SALE.

Return Eligibility & Process

To initiate a return, please email orders@azyaswim.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must meet the following conditions:

Original condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
Tags & labels intact: All original tags and labels must remain attached.
No stains or odors: Items must be free from makeup, deodorant stains, or perfume scents.

Returns that do not meet these requirements or are initiated beyond 14 days will not be accepted.
